ExpressDistributing.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Within 30 days of receipt of shipment you may return/exchange any item in its original unused condition for your choice of either:

• A refund, less 15% restocking fee and less shipping charges for all parts and accessories; or

• A full in-store credit, less shipping charges for parts and accessories.

Exchanges or credits may not be permitted after 30 days of shipment receipt.

If your order happens to be incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department via e-mail or you can call us toll free Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time 1-877-439-4287.

To return/exchange your package:

• Before returning any merchandise, please call our toll free number at 1-877-439-4287 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). If an item is returned without an Approval Authorization Number, it will be refused.

• Please clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of the box being returned.

• Any returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition and must include original parts and accessories.

All items returned must include the original packaging and the original or a copy of the original sales invoice.

Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Because of our low mark up, a 15% restocking fee may be charged on all returned merchandise.

• For your protection, we recommend you ship your return/exchange via an insured, traceable carrier (i.e. UPS). ExpressDistributing.com cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in the mail.

• Once the returned item has been received by our warehouse a confirmations will be sent via e-mail and a credit will be issued to your account. Unless a return/exchange is based on a ExpressDistributing.com error we cannot refund shipping charges.

Manufacturers Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective we can assist you in returning or exchanging the item according to the terms of the manufacturers warranty. Replacement products for items found to be defective will not be shipped until the defective item is received and inspected. If the defective item is being returned for credit, the credit will not b e issued until the item has been inspected and confirmed defective.

Any deviation from the return process will result in a delay of your refund, a possible restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return.
